1. Information We Collect

When you use Agilish AI products ("Services"), we collect:

Account information: name, email address, and authentication provider details (Google, Facebook) when you sign up.
Company data: business descriptions, documents, tasks, reports, and other content you create or that our AI agents generate on your behalf.
Usage data: agent run logs, API call metadata, session duration, and feature usage patterns.
Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
Third-party integrations: when you connect services (Twitter, Meta Ads, GitHub, Postmark), we store OAuth tokens encrypted at rest to operate on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate and improve the Services, including AI agent execution.
To send transactional emails (onboarding, reports, notifications).
To manage billing and subscriptions via Stripe.
To debug issues and monitor system health.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Agent Data Processing

Our AI agents process your company data to perform tasks you authorize (market research, content creation, code generation, email outreach). Agent outputs are stored in your company account and visible only to you and authorized team members. We do not use your company data to train AI models.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Service providers: Anthropic (AI inference), Sapiom (cloud services), Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), Postmark (email), and other infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Services.
Third-party integrations: only when you explicitly connect them (e.g., posting to your Twitter account, managing your Meta Ads).
Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or court order.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a company, all associated data (tasks, reports, documents, agent runs) is permanently deleted within 30 days. You can request full account deletion by emailing hello@agilishai.com.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for sensitive data. OAuth tokens for third-party services are encrypted. Session cookies are HTTP-only with IP fingerprint binding. We conduct regular security reviews of our codebase.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@agilishai.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Cookies

We use a single session cookie for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or third-party advertising cookies.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
